Facilities & Operations Maintenance Services Round 2
All bargained-for staff and only those non-bargained-for staff new to F&O since the last shirt order are eligible. Eligible employees are able to spend up to $150 on any item(s) in the online store. Orders will be delivered to the shops once they arrive for distribution. Please read the instructions below before placing your order.
- Orders CANNOT exceed $150 and no personal funds can be used to pay for any items
- Orders exceeding $150 will not be processed and you will have to wait until the next order period to order again
- Items purchased through this program are for employee use only and items ordered are to be worn while at work
- On the order form, for billing address, please enter "326 E. Hoover Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48109"
- On the order form, you must select your region or shop from the drop down options to ensure proper shirt delivery
- Orders will be available for pickup the week of 1/30. You will be notified when they are ready
