Facilities & Operations Maintenance Services 

• Only the staff who directly received this communication are eligible to order as you have been identified as being new to Maintenance Services since the last order or having missed the last order. 
  Eligible employees are able to spend up to $150 on any item(s) in the online store. Orders will be delivered to the shops once they arrive for distribution.  Please read the instructions below before placing your order.
  • Orders CANNOT exceed $150 and no personal funds can be used to pay for any items
  • Orders exceeding $150 will not be processed and you will have to wait until the next order period to order again
  • Items purchased through this program are for employee use only and items ordered are to be worn while at work
  • On the order form, for billing address, please enter "326 E. Hoover Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48109"
  • On the order form, you must select your region or shop from the drop down options to ensure proper shirt delivery
  • Orders will be available for pickup the week of 7/10.  You will be notified when they are ready
